hey hey, I'm done lurking

#1

Howdy howdy.  I’m Lynda73, but you can call me Lyn or Lynda.  I’ll respond to all 3.  Just to let you know, I’ve been lurking about for almost 3 months and I figured it’s time that I’d like to get involved.  The time I’ve spent here has been eye opening to say the least.  I’m amazed at the amount of information, knowledge, and experience in here.  I just found Breast Nexus last July.  Up until then I’d searched every path, note, etc.  None equal Breast Nexus. And now I can’t remember where our paths crossed.  But I’m very elated that we did cross.
I’ve always had some form of moobs due to puberty and weight issues.  3 years ago a routine annual blood test showed my T at the bottom of the scale for my age.  I started to notice some shift in my breasts and started to look into phytoestrogens.  I’ve been on PM since JAN ‘20 (on and off approx. every 6 months) and SP for the 1st year.  Dropped that and started FG (again 6 on and 6 off).  As of last Monday I added RR.
I am a lifelong under crossdresser which is why I wanted to increase my breast size.  I have no pictures but I started with wearing cammies due to my nipples becoming very sensitive.  Just breast buds.  I’m now wearing a 42C (and filling the cup very well, thank you).  But I’ve been here for a year or so.  I’m now taking 4,000 mg PM (2 morning 2 nite) and approx. 10,000 FG same schedule as PM.  I”ve got 2 weeks left at this dosage.
During my lurking, I found Project X from Lotus.  So now I’m thinking of trying BO.  And now I know to not take BO until the PM is out of my system.
So here are some ?’s  #1  How long to clear PM from my body (and how can I tell)?  #2 What level of dosage should I start with on BO?  Apparently, I need to get a thermometer, too.
I will post some photos as soon as I take them.
And why do I have an overwhelming desire to yell out "Honey, I"m Home"

Lynda ....

I have to warn you that PM is notorious for causing Deep Vein Thrombosis and your dose should be half of what your taking too, or more. It's waaay too high.

Your Fenugreek dosage is also too high as well. Fenugreek at that level can tank your insulin levels, causing low blood sugar. I never took more than the label directions called for.

It takes years to achieve desired results with feminization and taking more than is required will not speed-up the process. Too high of a dose can certainly cause problems.

PM took several weeks to clear from my system in the past and in regards to BO, you start low and stay on a low & slow ramp-up, topping out at not much. I am not an expert on the top-end dose of BO, but it' snot much.

Best of luck to you and be safe!

Thanks Stevenator,
After the reading (actually skimmimg) I was coming to the same conclusion, just hadn't done it yet.  Your note just pushed the button for me.  As of yesterday, I'm down to 1700 (2caps) am and pm.  I'm off the PM.  I had just started reading about DVT.  Just happy it didn't happen to me. Thanks again for the push.  Lynda

Hi Lyn, welcome to BN. Like Stevenator said, start low and slowly ramp up over months. I think Swanson comes in 250 mg capsules.

I found what worked for me was increase on capsule a month starting from one around 5pm and one at 10pm or before bed month to increase one cap at 5pm, month 2 one at 10pm. I tolerated it well fo at month 3 increase on cap at 5pm and one at 10pm. From there I continued at that pace until I hit 2000mg at 5 and 10 pm for 18 months then I ramped down after 18 months to 750mg at 5 and 10pm. I also took one Petuitary Glandular capsule with each dose.

I really liked the effects and was pleased with the results. I was on a very high dose, it's probably not any better than 1500 a day total. I also took milk thistle regularly with my regular vitamins to help keep my liver healthy.
