About 7 months ago I stumbled upon BN and my journey began. I spent hours upon hours reading and scouring posts. Does anyone know how many posts Lotus has? It seemed like a million as I pursued them and others. I spent two months reading and soaking up info from all the posts. The biggest decision of course was PM or BO. I opted for BO and finally started at the end of May first of June.
I already had small buds when I started which I would attribute to having low testosterone. I started a BO regimen with PG and RR adding FG shortly after. I began to post and receive replies which was great. Thanks to a reply from Lara I added MSM, DHEA, Vitamin D and C. After about 6 weeks my little buds started to increase in size. When I started they felt to be about the diameter of a nickel and had become the size of a quarter. I had read even more by now and decided I wanted to try PM. My thought process was that I wanted the results that both PM and BO had to offer so why not alternate between them. After about 8 weeks on my BO regimen I switched to PM. I added in PG cream at this point I noticed my nipples definitely looked pointy and stuck out due to the increase is bud size. I was using the PM and PG cream and it wasn't long before I had pointy little A cups or maybe just under. I had to have hernia surgery and had concerns over increased bleeding from the RR and of course blood clots from the PM. I took a week or so off before surgery of everything. Surgery went fine and after a few days I restarted. I had been seeing Lotus and Lara post about a topical program and after some back and forth with Lara and reading more I decided it was worth a shot and started a topical regimen.
The topical regimen is a game changer! I quickly jumped from my tiny little pointed A's to fuller and rounder B's. When I say my cup size that is arms up and not down. Arms down I can easily fill a C cup bra. The biggest difference was not just my buds growing but gaining side branching. You can definitely feel and tell the difference between the buds and other breast tissue. Adding the topical of PG and DHEA produced the incredible results. Now after some more back and forth with Lara I'm considering adding RC.
To keep from rambling on and on I will simply say that in 5 months going from buds to B's makes me very happy and I'm looking forward to even more growth. I can't say thank you enough to Lotus for all the research and posts she has contributed here. Lara you are awesome and I can't thank you enough for everything you share and contribute, especially answering my messages and pointing me in the right direction. There are so many more of you that have been inspiring with your posts I can't name you all but thank you.

I actually mixed micronized PG and bought a DHEA oil. I added the PG powder along with DMSO to the DHEA oil to make up enough liquid to suspend the PG powder and aid absorbtion. Hope this helps and always feel free to ask me a question. Lotus has some posts about the topical program and Heavenly is also a wealth of info when it comes to topical. It has been a game changer for me!

I was just curious as I have just got some DHEA cream and some PG cream with some MSM cream coming next week but if you mix yours together, I assume applying these together should work the same.
I will also be adding fenugreek, fennel and hops along with my BO from next week when my new supplies arrive.
One more thing for now
do you just apply the topical to your chest area or rotate it in other areas of your body.
