Recently feeling mild envy of women (not anger, just... "damn! I wish I was just like her!") with breasts and their body shape, any time I see porn now I feel that I want to be like them.

Repeat. The focus of my fantasies end up being: I want to BE them, not have sex with them.
I used to think that the traditional male-oriented fantasy would be to be with women. Now it feels like the switch in my mind is slowly being moved to the other side. I've been taking PM now for 2 years, maybe budding on left nipple, nothing on the right. Nothing with growth that can't be passed up by me being obese and having manboobs.

Is that PM / anti-androgens doing stuff to me? Am I trans?

I have had the same experience. Been on PM and other herbs for 2 yrs. Just wanted a little breast growth. I have 38B was going to stop but can't. My desires and thoughts are on becoming a girl. I crossdress are wear makeup whenever I can, which is more and more often. I'm now consider dating a man which was never the case before PM. This isn't what I expected but I can't find the strength to stop. My brain  has changed I should been more cautious. I feel like there is no turning back.

I have very similar experience, even though I don't use PM, nor any other hormone alterants (apart from small amount topical estrogen/progesterone).

I wonder often whether it is just transference of desire, from wanting a woman, to wanting to BE the woman, stemming from frustrated desire for a woman.

Insightful, thanks for your thoughts. There is certainly some truth in what you shared. I have been married 47yrs so I have a women but my thoughts now are on breast growth and men. Is it the PM or frustration? I don't know but I now desire my own breast and men.
