Hey, I've recently discovered I was trans 4 months ago and, I've been lurking for some time. I could really do with some urgent help. I wanted to make an intro post before this but I felt that I need a little guidance before I do.
I did a wee experiment with Bovine Ovary back in November and stopped in on 23th December where I gradually increased to taking 6x 250mg Swanson. it was unusual it made me feel really good and fixed a lot of stress/sleep related troubles, I was also on red reishi and green tea extract at normal doses. Now I know with NBE takes months and months so I thought I would need to continue before anything changed. I did some deep thinking and really wanted to be a woman.
I stopped BO for a month to reset receptors and started HRT on January 10th where I've been doing DIY with Estrofem. Before I was going to do HRT I wanted a blood test to see if my health was in order. I've been working out at the gym for several months and wanted to show my PT, however my blood test was delayed until the 22nd of January. I got the expensive Ultimate performance test from Medichecks.
Now I kept on having niggling in my brain to start as I have been waiting to fully be myself for years. I just couldn't wait anymore and took mono estradiol thinking it wouldn't change me that quick. Oh boy was I wrong. I started taking 4mg total a day without an AA. I split the dose 1mg every 6 hours to keep my levels stable. I took it sublingually and just took multi vitamins.
On my blood test day I took my first dose at 07:30AM, I did research regarding trough levels and my next would be at 13:30PM. My blood test was at 2PM so I did not take my next dose until after blood was taken.
I also got Bica with my HRT and took that the day after my blood test as I wanted to start AA once I had a look at Estrofem effect on my levels, I took from 23rd to Now 50mg of Bica. Now 12 days is not enough for testosterone to be nuked by mono, it's unheard of by the research I've looked at. Well my results came back today and it shocked me. Turns out mono sublingual estradiol nuked my T to female levels and my estradiol levels are within female range. So I didn't even need to take Bica.
What alarmed me is my prolactin, FSH and LH levels. I don't really understand if they are too low or high. I do live in a colder climate and my Vit D is a little low as I cut down my supplementation before the test. My right nipple does feel sensitive, like when I rub it it feels sore a little and I've had pseudogynecomastia since my teens, and I have zero feminisation. My sleep is crap but that's due to stress from work.
But here are my Medichecks blood test results below on just over 2 weeks of mono estradiol, I had put my gender as male for the test but I should have put it as Male to Female:
Hormones
FSH - <0.3 IU/L
LH - 0.9 IU/L

Vitamin B12 - Active 86.0 pmol/L (Range: > 37.5)
Vitamin D - 45 nmol/L (Range: 50 - 200)

I don't know if I should continue to just use Bica with 3mg or just stick to 4mg mono. My plan was to lower the dose after to 3mg in a few weeks but I might even do that now. So If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
