Only question is it says extract and I’m not sure if the extract is a good option.

My restart of breast growth included four 1350mg Fengreek a day. Maybe a warning label needs to be attached to each bottle of Fenugreek. Members of breastnexum cautioned me about taking Fenugreek as it can affect blood pressure and diabetes. Each person is different and effects can vary. Fenugreek caused a change with my blood pressure to a low normal.
