Hello guys!
I finally started feminizing my body.
The main goal is growing hips, thighs and milkies.
I believe in a natural approach first.

Can you help me check the stash of products I accumulated? I am not sure about dosing. Also which can be taken together and how to rotate them.
Also am I missing some things to aid fat redistribution? I work out lower body 2 times a week like its time to go supersayan and outside of gym aim for a caloric surplus.

supplement list:
1. bustella

2. life extension "estrogen" for women

3. soy extract 30:1 (Glycin max) 200 mg* Isoflavones 80 mg *
4. liccorice root extract 400 mg* glycyrrhizic acid 80 mg *
5. saw palmetto
6. lavender body oil
7. sliced white peony root, WP tea
8. biestro cream (diestriol, estriol)
9. BO
10."touareg" green tea with spearmint
11. soy protein after workouts
12. msm
13. woldohealth collagen peptides type 1,2,3
14. morning blend of flaxseed, rye flakes, goji, sesame seeds

The goal is to use estrogen from BO and topcial cream, aromatase with hard booty workouts and DHT inhibition, natural test blockers and phytoestrogens to a full effect.
Right now Finasteride prescription is my top priority. Ordering red reishi to take along with green tea is next and then a breast pump to let the little berries grow.
Is it right to cycle natural estrogens and phytoestrogens or should they be taken together?

So I cannot say much about the supplements besides BO and MSM. I take the MSM in the morning with my multi vitamin and calcium citrate.

I am not an expert, and I am not sure what brand or mg strength of BO you are using so based on Swanson Bo glandular 250 mg caps, I would suggest starting with:

1-250 mg @ 5pm
1-250 mg @ bedtime or 9pm

Continue for 1 month or 30 days if well tolerated increase amount after month 1

Month 2

2-250 mg 5pm
2-250 mg bedtime or 9pm

Continue for 1 month or 30 days if well tolerated increase amount after month 2

3-250 mg 5pm
3-250 mg bedtime or 9pm

Continue for 1 month or 30 days if well tolerated increase amount after 3

4-250 mg 5pm
4-250 mg bedtime or 9 pm

There are other supplements that support BO taken at manufactures recommended amounts such as: Petuitary Glandular, DHEA, L-Tyrosine, D3/K2, MSM, iodine or kelp. These are building blocks for hormone production and body temp regulators.

Welcome aboard,

Wow, that looks like a lot of stuff and most I have no experience of, but notice that the bustella already has some of the other stuff it, so you could potentially drop the duplicates. Also, presume you know to be cautious with liquorice root.
I'd start off one at a time, so how your body reacts then add one extra and see how you go on, then repeat.

Good that you are including a lower half body exercise routine as that should really help and may well give quicker results.

Tommi's BO is a good plan to start off on.

I take a K2 supplement and MSM, also joint support blend. GH should not be a problem.
also I make my own Ds by frequent walks in the sun wearing very short shorts.

Yes, Liccorice hurts. It feels like eating very strong chilli.

I will most likely drop it or use it very sparingly.

Swallowing the bustella pills honestly gives me a joyful feeling. They stay inside the regiment for now, but one of their compounds inhibits aromatase so I will not take WP while on them.

The feminization feels so right honestly. I should have done it years ago.

Update:
3 weeks on bustella and WP,
last week I added RR, RC, MSM and collagen,
2 days ago estrogen cream.
BO is next, - bustella +SP.

Nipples are sensitive, soft, bloated, sometimes pain flares up.
Breasts are sore, with increased blood flow.
I am not sure whether there is budding, but something is happening for sure.

Also I got a navel piercing Smile

I am not sure what the active ingredients are in Bustella but be advised PM and BO should not be taken in combination. So check to make sure there's no PM in your other supplements before introducing BO.
