I have been using PM for a while. However, it has been claimed to have a certain risk of blood clots, and I would like to consider alternatives. The first one I went for was BO, for 5 months. It didn't seem to work for me. Now I am considering RC, or alternately maybe hops.
Any experiences with RC or hops used to grow breasts?

There's a few things to consider with BO which may account for it not working.
What dose are you on? The ideal seems to be 1500mg/day, the quality of it if not Swanson, and some say body temp needs to be kept high.

I am now off BO. I took Swanson 6 x 250mg for about 5 months. Then I felt it was enough when no observable changes. About body temperature: It is pretty hard to control and change. I took kelp assuming that it might help, but didn't measure my temperature.
Now I wonder if there are people who have experience using RC and/or hops.

I'm not really into posting much, but I thought I'd way in on the blood clot issue. I developed a couple of clots while taking PM. After some research, I found that nattokinaise dissolves blood clots as well as any pharma drug. So I take one pill in the morning and one pill at night. No more clots. Also, take B6 and K2 sparingly. Their roles is to aid in blood clotting. I also take herbs to naturally thin my blood. Most peoples blood is too thick due to chronic dehydration.
On a side note, I also had vericose veins. Red vine leaf took care of that.
Back to the OP, I take RC mainly for its anti DHT properties.
