Hi, I just joined up , m/49 trans, about to start gender therapy soon, but want to feel a little more feminine and enhance my body with herbs. 

I’m already taking 1000mg of Red Rishi for a couple of months 
1500 mg of white peony along day 
And some foods that are supposedly contain estrogens like flax and soy. 

I’m wondering how long until I see some effects of if I will ? Or do I need to add some thing to boost estrogen, but not PM I tried that once and had some really scary heart attack symptoms so I’d breather not do that again , maybe red clover
