At the point of upsetting members I have a few thoughts on this so IMO.

I have been on HRT for 4 months (Oestrogel pump) ranging from 2 pumps now 4, I noticed after about 2 months things vanished, my interest in sex went out of the window.

The other day I was up for it and after taking Tadalafil managed to get a limp erection and the end result was a small watery clear liquid, that is what HRT does to you, you either accept it or stop.

Q. Why do you want boobs. IMO you cant have it both ways because its either one or the other, the further down the the rabbit hole you go it will get worse.

You need to learn other methods of having sex, use toys for example we have tried this and it works (no other information being provided)

Seriously men can use it on or around the penis head, ok it snot an orgasm in the tradiotional sense but more of a body orgasm, women love it.

I was prescribed Viagra 100 every other day and only 6 at a time so I can't overdose on them. I was prescribed Horny Goat Weed.  My Sex therapist diagnosed Nonbinary after a blood test showing balanced hormones T/E/Progesterone all in the middle. My diagnosis was Bisexual with feminizing without HRT and Nonbinary.  Chemically I had ED that was not caused by NBE, Psychologically  I had a change in Gender and Sexual preference from NBE. So the Drs gave me prescriptions for ED not for Nonbinary or Bisexual. I discovered Women were not my preference and that helped me the most with ED.

And then an interesting note, topical DHEA can help maintaining your size or even make it bigger. Tocpial DMSO can also help with elasticity and allowing bigger blood supply down there. I haven't done these things, but read about it and the science of how and why makes sense. Perhaps a topical program of DHEA, mild DMSO cream and testosterone gel could help to keep stuff down there working. Doing these for a cis guy on T dominance might make their junk bigger too. Anyway, these are just anecdotes. There are entire forums dedicated to this stuff so maybe digging up some more info online could be helpful.

Could you tell me please if you know if this effect with DHEA is purely while using topical DHEA, or would DHEA pills / capsules also work the same way?

I've got a few bottles of DHEA capsules I've not really used much of, but would look at getting topical if that's what helps. I do feel like I have some shrinkage down there since using a lot of PM + WP + RR. I think both breasts are now budding / have budded, but not that much growth yet.

3.  I use white peony and saw palmetto to block DHT - these seem to have least impact on my libido.   

Does more free Test have a bigger positive impact on libido compared to more DHT?
