I don't know if its the herbs or what but now that I've been on NBE herbs for about a year and a half on and off, I've realized that My desire to drink has died out as well as smoking cigarettes. I actually started smoking again a few months ago but it only lasted for about a week right around the time when i resumed herbs. could there be a connection??

Also it seems like my body likes it when I have herbs in my system. I feel like I'm addicted to RC and hops lol. I almost want to say it makes me feel balanced. can anybody relate?

I also found a similar effect. Less desire for alcohol in my case. I haven't smoked for more than 30 years so can't speak to that.

I don't know if it purely psychological but I get antsy if I don't take my PM. Sometimes my schedule works out that I don't. I don't think my body feels anything or tells me anything. And I did stop for a few weeks some time ago, so I don't think there is anything addictive about it. But I know I get anxious for the next one when I skip a day. Probably just that I am worried about losing what I have gained. Irrational is my middle name these days.
