Effectiveness of PM

#11

This mostly for Little Miss... the budding sensations...pain behind the nipples, sensitivity etc... will come and go. This is normal based on reports over the years from many members. The time to start contemplating change is after your program has been in place for a longer time and you stop seeing signs of any growth taking place. If you have a good beginning program, such as what you describe...3000 mg of PM plus an AA such as Spearmint or SP, you should really stick with it for at least a year before contemplating changes, IMO. Growth takes time, and will come in spurts. This is a long journey. You are essentially trying to convince your 40 something bio male to enter a female puberty. It will not happen overnight.
Many people have come on board over the years and seen some initial signs of growth and then become quickly discouraged when the initial growth tapered off. They have given up instead of hanging on for the long haul that this is.
Patience is a virtue when it comes to growing breasts.Wink
Oh, by the way... Spearmint is effective but requires large amounts to work well... some have reported needing to practically gulp handfuls to make it work. Though there is some argument about the pros and cons of using SP, many here have had good results with it, myself included, especially in the first year or two of a program.

I tried SP early on but It seemed to make my beard and body hair start growing like crazy so I stopped that and went with the spearmint...

Yea I know it takes YEARS but I gotta say I am shocked at the results thus far and I guess Im sad they arent as sore as they were and I want that backRolleyes

It is a little weird, perhaps, but I know exactly what you mean. I also really like the soreness/tenderness. If it goes away, I will miss it, just as I will miss the buds when they soften and disappear.

Hi, what puzzles me is why one breast is tender and obviously sore and the other seems to have escaped the PM effects. I thought the changes and effects would be equal between the breasts ! Oh well that may explain why my breasts are not of equal size and shapeDodgy

Good luck LittleMissS
