Awesome progress! What's the thing with the free E2? I remember you mentioning this before and what is the trick to get to it? I'm curious if I should add this to my next labs as I've never tested it.

Hi there BN, thank you to all who have stopped by to show support during a difficult time in my life dealing with cancer. I will respond in kind to everyone asap.   I'm attaching a breast measurement via a picture (something I don't think I've attached before). Also included some recent labs (from September 2023). A few things to note:

1. My breast has grown 4 inches since my last update from earlier this year. My 48 inch bust, now it's a 52" inch bust with a 41" band… which is a 42" K cup (US)... 42 H cup (UK)... 98cm M cup (EU).

1. Also, I'm sharing my recent labs from September. These results represent about 28 days on the previous cancer med (imatinib) I was on. The numbers look (for someone who's transitioning) good, of special note (not pictured) is the result of the "free E2 percentage" which came back @2.0%... the sweet spot (2.0%) which I've never hit (nor does most of the mtf population)... or achieved. The 2.0% represents the maximum "free E2% percentage" for feminizing and breast growth according to the chart I use.

I've got a question dear L, why DHEA in topical source is mandatory for breast growth in trans and cis women? I get the point about the progesterone part but I am quite lost about DHEA ?????

(Currently I am using E cream during follicular with spearmint oil and P cream on luteal; with Vit D (prescribed), Green tea, fish oil 1g daily (anti-inflammatory), magnesium  and MSM as oral supplements as well )

Just when I couldn’t be any more envious you go and not only grow 4 more inches but you also hit the 2% sweet spot!  I’m so happy for you!!  

I’m also had that you are off of that original drug for your treatment and onto this new one.  If only they would have listened to you to begin with… shesh!

Hey Lotus, it is nice to see you again in your infinite thread, hehehe. Congratulations for your growth, and for the change of your therapy too. 
I am doing DHEA cream and E2gel lately, and using a bra everyday, also when i am sleeping, and i am wearing an elastic ribbon around my chest to make a larger breast form and perhaps fat accumulates in breasts. I don't know if it can work but i like it 

I am posting about probiotics. I did a search and they are mentioned but I think in reference to health not breast enhancement. I am on a business trip, a long one. I am taking my usual NBE of 8-pn, reishi, green matcha tea, fish oil, vit d. When I first got to my destination of this trip, I was having digestive issues. I went to the store and bought a probiotic called Florastor. It cleared up digestive issues in a few days, but I continued to take the entire package for 10 days. I feel like my breast growth increased. Not sure if it was coincidence or if it was the Florastor. Or maybe it cleared up an existing issue in my gut and I am absorbing my supplements better.

Anyone notice probiotics helping NBE?

My GI doctor recommended Florastor for me months ago. I have stopped all NBE herbs due to medical issues.  I have been taking Florastor for at least 4 months with no breast growth.  Everyone is different.  You maybe getting a boost from Florastor while taking the other herbs.

I can't get florastor locally but I do take another probiotic, I'm definitely growing, I'd guess your uptake has improved because of the probiotic effect.

Hi BN, I had some energy this evening to pop off a picture,   the top is from early last year followed by tonight's pic on the bottom. Hello to all my friends, and welcome to the new members.  I hope to talk about what's happening with having Leukemia... and share some interesting new things for breast growth. From the picture, I'm hoping you'll see more growth from the previous breast update (w/picture measurement a few pages back from Oct 2022), I grew about .5 inches (or 1.27cm) since then. 

I recently had a 3D mammogram which came back perfectly healthy, no lumps or cancer. My breasts are described as heterogeneously dense (about 75% dense)... or quote: “showing higher amounts of connective tissue and glandular tissue than fatty tissue.” I'm confident those results are from using topical progesterone.
