From what i know you can use Progesterone Cream on chest (breasts), wrists, inner thighs and behind neck. For the dosage it depends on the product you purchase, usually they come up in a bottle with a "pump" and the dosage is usally just one pump with an already defined amount of product.
You can use it daily or use it every once in a while (i for example do 1 day on 2 days off), but if you use it daily remember to change place of usage quite often to prevent dermal fatigue (the ones i mentioned above can be used once at a time). That's what i learnt from previous posts of Lotus and some advices from HelloDiDi.

EDIT: i forgot to mention that when you use Progesterone Cream on breasts, you should not touch your areolas/nipples. I don't remember what exactly happens if you do it, but i remember you should avoid getting cream on those parts or it could harm further development.

I purchased Now Foods Natural Progesterone cream calming lavender.

This month I added Progesterone cream of Now Solutions Foods Natural Progesterone and Red Reishi Powder Extract by Urban Platter, PM by Trexgenics company,

 These brands available in my country India.

Green Tea and Breast massage oil. For nipple enlargement I use twisted suction kit for 30 minutes everyday.

As I am from India, Fenugreek, Fennel seeds, Pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, fish, meat, milk, soyabean, rice at noon time, vegetables like beans cabagge, salad of cucumber and carrot, fruits i eat mango, apple, pomogrenate, orange, alongwith dry fruits walnuts almonds, dry grapes, cashew, groundnuts, sprouts that my diet for everyday.

Hope this will be enough for getting normal A cup size breasts with perky nipples. Thats my goal.

I don't know about the other brands but i understand the struggle with finding supplements in different countries so don't worry about it, as long as you feel they are working they should be fine.
And with diet + supplements i think you got there a decent plan for NBE, you will probably some good results just give it enough time (like several weeks if not a couple+ months).
Keep searching for informations and reading the last 15 pages of this thread, as there are a lot of useful informations by Lotus (especially regarding Progesterone Cream and other supplements usage).

Aww very sweet   the same applies for you.
I'm not sure if you already do it, but make sure to document everything so you can post it in a personal thread like many of us do.
I am also interested in how to get a bigger butt honestly, but i think there are already some hints here and there  on what could help it, this forum is huge and looking at old threads is not a bad idea, especially if you look into personal programs by some members who did a long journey on NBE.
If you feel like bored sometimes or wish things would grow faster, try to dedicate a bit of time into researching those informations around, you may be surprised by what you discover while waiting for replies here and there. Remember Lotus is often busy.
