My lovely wife came up with the idea to pay for a orchidectomy for my upcoming birthday ( and Christmas and Easter, it's $2500 ). She found a doctor who would do it without a medical indication and I already talked to him over the phone.
I am a little bit scared but I would probably do it still. My only concern is that I am on BO for 3 1/2 month now and my girls have just started to grow. Would BO still work when the testicles are gone or not. The Doctor thinks that BO is not working in man anyways ( I can't wait to show him what it did for me already ) . Where can I get a reliable answer before I go this drastic and not reversible step ?

I cannot answer the question for you, I always thought it helped turn T into E, if all else fails, just switch to bio E or even PM.

If I had my choice, in your shoes, I would get everything cleaned up down there. They can make it look female, without the cavity. ( unless thats your plan down the road. )

Thats not an option he would only do a orchidectomy, means removing the testicles and stitching the socrum. My wife still want's a man but with no or controlled T.

You become mute.  So you need some form of dominant hormone or suffer from osteo or other hormone related issues.  If you arent transitioning....you may need to check your levels of T to see if you have enough ro function.  Hormones are serious.

Yeah Skye, I know that and I already discussed this with the doctor over the phone too. My wife and I just think that since my sex drive has already endangered our marriage and is constantly an issue for my wife since she doesn't like to have sex so often it is an good idea if we control T via injections or gel and shut down the natural T plant for good.
Since I am growing breasts anyways I am not too concerned about Femitemization.

I just want to make sure that I am not shooting in my own foot and BO is no longer working for me after "the cut".

This small sample study size indicates breast growth is unlikely after an orchi is performed unless the correct hormones (cross-sex hormones) are introduced. Sorry, I don't get this whole decision making process, choose wisely and not simply to satisfy your wife and the surgeon willing to take your money.

Abstract
The histologic changes induced in the mammary gland of male-to-female transsexuals have not yet been reported in the literature. We studied the histologic changes induced by chemical and surgical castration and estrogen therapy in the breasts of 14 such patients, with particular reference to acinar and lobular formation. To objectify the influence of cross-sex treatment, the histologic findings were compared with those in two men treated hormonally for prostate cancer. The slight increase in the plasma estrogen-to-androgen ratio seen in idiopathic gynecomastia usually does not induce acinar and lobular formation in the male breast. In men treated with nonprogestative antiandrogens for prostate cancer, only moderate acinar and lobular formation occurs. Only in male-to-female transsexuals in whom progestative chemical castration is combined with feminizing estrogen therapy will full acinar and lobular formation occur with hormonally stimulated nuclei and pseudolactational changes. Hence, combined progestative antiandrogens and estrogens are necessary for genetically male breast tissue to mimic the natural histology of the female breast. Orchidectomy does not contribute to this. Apocrine metaplasia may occur in breasts of male-to-female transsexuals, but so far, only four cases of breast cancer in male-to-female transsexuals have been documented.

My experience is I suffered Cauda Equina.  The SCI caused a disconnect between the brain and nerves in the lower extremities.  I have been perscribed Viagra due to effects of paralysis. Now with BO and PM rotation plus issues with nerve damage effecting my testis I do get results.

My hypothesis is removing the testis and adding BO and PM will get results.

you still have your testes correct?, (neurological issues aside) your hypothesis is absurdly dangerous to suggest (especially haven't had an actual orhidecotomy yourself). If, other scientific research (besides the one supplied) is discovered?, then I'm all ears on hearing the pros/cons, and of the long term health care issues one might face having an orchidecotomy.  

If the decision is ever made in the future for srs surgery, some surgeons won't perform it because of the orchi.......something to consider (remote as it may be).

Your mileage may vary of course. The main concern after an orchi is that your scrotal sac may shrink without having testes in it. This might mean that you need a skin graft from somewhere else.

some people are able to keep their scrotum stretched out without testes, but yeah.
