yeah they can and I did it twice by accident, yes..  that makes me an absolute moron I know. But to be very honest it's not a pleasant experience. My boobs felt awfully swollen but not in a nice way and I would leak a bit which well, smells. They would feel huge and just not nice, they frigging hurt a bit, I pumped, well basically milked myself which is a bit eeeeew! Only got about a tablespoon from each side and WTF that little bit was causing all the drama! and making me feel like a dairy cow. I seriously dont, definitely don't want any of you to lactate it's just not nice. Alright I produced such a small amount that you cannot call it full blown lacation but it was enough. Wasn't nice.
