Wow, I will have to try this one day. I wear a 40G which is natural and I just started taking a breast enhancing regimen of herbs a progesterone cream on my breasts.

Good information!  I have a pituitary prolactinoma tumor which secretes prolactine so if I stop taking my medication (a dopamine receptor agonist which blocks prolactine), I will start lactating withing a few weeks.

I have been electric breast pumping for several months now. My nipples are enormous, and my breasts feel very heavy. On massaging them, I feel a lot of substance behind the nipples.

When you lactated, what were the first signs? I would love to be pumped regularly to relieve any engorgement.
