Yes secrets are bad. She will feel that you have been lying to her all this time and the you lied about the real you and she only knows this fake version of you. That she fell in love with this fake version of you. She may feel a wide range of emotions from this. But the sooner you tell her and have ope. And honest communication the better it will be in the long run for both of you.
