Yes, I'm doing alright.  I got a lot done in the last year. Legally transitioned (to include name change) earlier this year. I'm out as Alice to everyone in my life (how accepting some are is another story, unfortunately).

Hello everyone.

I know it's been a long time since I last updated this thread, but I would like to post what my current HRT regime is:

5mg/1ml injection of estradiol cypionate (weekly)
200 mg of progesterone taken orally (daily)
22ml injection leuprolide (every 12 weeks) 

As of August 2025, my hormone levels were:

16 ng/dl for testosterone
173 pg/ml for estradiol
