For the last couple of mornings, I've been mixing 1000mg of Swanson's PM with my progesterone cream and rubing the mixture into my breasts. DHEA 100mg  and PC in the evening.  I've noticed more aching and nipple tenderness than usual just from a couple of applications. Is this safe?

This is interesting? Topical PM? I would think its safe as the effect is localised, I don't think PM would have its usual issues when done on the spot. But then again, if you swap PM for estriol/estradiol cream, you will likely see better results. Real deal is always real. But if it works, it works.

Thanks, Laura. I'm trying to keep things on the down low. My wife is all about normal, lol. I'd like to find an estriol/estradiol cream over the counter but not sure what or where to find it. 
The PM seems to be livening things up though.  I may stick with it and the DHEA for a while and see how it works.

Are you just using dry powder from capsules or an extract?    I have been using progesterone cream with a PM extract for years with no side effects....  other than big  sensitive nipples.

I've been opening the capsule and mixing with Progesterone cream. I've noticed more growth and as you mentioned, very errect, sensitive and tingling nipples. I like it!

Would you please make an update if you are still using your topical mixture?   Application areas (nipples?, areolas?, breasts?, hips?, behind?). Results?

It would be very interesting to hear more.

I stopped at about 3 weeks for no particular reason other than it was a bit messy. No noticeable difference.
