Is this a good combo?

Is PM, saw palmetto, progesterone a good combo? I’m just looking for fuller and rounder breasts, not too big.

Have you developed breast buds yet?
If no, then the wisdom on the forum is that you should skip progesterone, until you have completed budding.

Before and after 3 weeks. It’s crazy how this is working!

Before is the white shirt one. I have been in finasteride for sometime and never work out. I never really had true pecs.

Puberty: the girls body gets prepared with Estrogen. About 1,5 to 2 years later the female body starts producing progesterone and turns the girls body into a womans body.
But only if Estrogen made the body ready to do so...

For us it's the same. At least 2 years of estrogenic dominance before adding progesterone

Interesting. I'll add that to my notes.
It is different to what Heaven's Night said in a different thread.

Is it possible that it "depends on the individual"?

What eve says make perfect sense to me and it's how I think it is.

The big problem with progesterone is there is an acute lack of research around it, certainly from a trans perspective.

Then taking into account all the variables - we are all different, on different NBE regimes, and the different variations of prog (pharma, USP, wild yam, etc), it is no surprise to hear different theories.

Like lots of things in life, its do the research, a risk/reward/cost analysis, and then make your descision from there.
