I've never heard of this product, but maybe others have. Ingredients list is super helpful to work out what it does, or it it will do anything.

Probably best to avoid this product.
Won't let me upload a pic, but the ingredients are questionable.
It does have fenugreek.
It does have fennel.
But it doesn't say how much / what concentration per capsule - a hallmark of a bad product.
And it also has mexican wild yam, so it's already angling for that "mexican wild yam is definitely a progesterone source" which isn't true unless it's been processed in a factory to make USP progesterone.
There are better versions of this - on ebay UK. For example, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165746251473 which also does mix a lot of stuff there that might be unnecessary and has the Yam crap in it.
You are probably better off getting each ingredient separately, in larger volumes and concentrations.

There are other ones with larger doses as well, and some that are standardised to a specific amount of saponins if you want that too.

Not too sure - have a search on this forum for dosage.
I have some notes but I dont think I found anything conclusive about doses - I've used large doses before like 19g extract but don't know if it was this or PM that had an effect.
