I've been taking Bo for the past month, along with pituitary glandular and my god have i felt a difference. I was on estrogen gel back in late 2022 for 3 and half months before stopping. So, i feel for me, i have something good to compare it to.
It's amazing. My mind has thoughts that old me would have shunned and dismissed.
Example, i was watching strictly come dancing as i live in the uk and saturday nights are built around this phenomenon lol. Anyway i digress, last year I'd look at the women and think usual testosterone filled thoughts. Now however I'm like omg that dress is beautiful, I'd need it taking in at the hips as hers are way wider than mine, and i bet that feels soft, what bra would i put with that.
All in all I'm happy with the mental change and i am encouraging it and embracing it. Along with the small physical changes I'm feeling and jiggling.
Apologies if it feels like i high jack but i felt i need to throw my 2 pence in. Xx

I have been taking BO for about three months now, 2 x 500mg in the late evening, and I have noticed that I am much more empathetic and calmer, even down to feeling much ‘sadder’ about hearing bad news eg headlines or tv reports. I also feel that I am helping or assisting others more as well. Its a nice feeling!

BO has "softened" me mentally. It made me calmer (I'm pretty calm anyway) and I am brought to tears much easier.
I consider this a very pleasant experience.

Hi Sullaria007 ,
After I am on BO for 3 months or more I have to try to keep my emotions in check .
Found this out last year and didn't expect it .
I can get the giggles and laugh more often .
While watching a movie that has sad scene or watching a movie that has a very happy ending , my eyes water and tears run down my face . I can't even hold this back sometimes !
It appears that BO can be pretty strong for me at least .

I took BO for 2 years and the mental changes were very noticeable for me over time. It didn't happen right away, and it's very difficult for me to describe, the best description for me is that it gave me a calmness.
A little over a year ago I switched to HRT and mentally nothing changed, I had to stop HRT a couple months ago because of some liver function issues butter effects of BO have not subsided, with the exception I have my libido back, BO knocked it back, HRT took it completely away
Overall I am very pleased with BO, I switched to HRT because I wanted physical change that was too slow on BO.

Thanks, Tomi. Honestly, I want subtle overall feminization (especially mental) but probably am a "male staying male". Slow-burn feminization might be a plus for BO for me then.

I am the same, male staying male, just looking for feminization. I was spending a lot on BO and estradiol was less expensive because it was charged to my insurance, so basically 20 bucks for 3 months and it was more efficient, unfortunately it was hammering my liver. Going back to the doctor to see if the patch or injection injections are easier on the liver.

Were you taking pills or injections? I have liver issues and was thinking of trying pills so I'm wondering if it would make my issues worse.
