Good point, Michelle. My DW is actually bigger than I, but I think I could get away with buying the lingerie to fit me (she'd think I still saw her as the slender young woman that I married). Then, she'd hand it over to me to try on with a twinkle in her eye anticipating an evening of LLL (that's luscious lesbian love).
