I think over time you'll become acclimated to the discomfort and your body will become more protective of your buds. For a time I remember my breasts frequently feeling like they were bruised (particularly during showers) and I had to find out the hard way that it's not comfortable to carry boxes like I used to before NBE.

If it helps, I suggest reminding yourself that the pain is for a good cause.

All Good Advice, oddly i've always (even Before NBE) had a subconscious automatic reaction to be very gentle & careful around that area, never really knew why.
(Also have always had a subconscious reaction to cover them up and prevent other people seeing them)

Thank you for your feed back If I can look hafe as good as you I will be happy.
In time i will understand more about how to care for my breast buds because they are like flowers that will be blooming someday to elaborate me from my male self.
