Which ones are huge, the PM or the SP? Ainterol PM, in my opinion is a moderate sized pill. ...Strangely VERY sticky as Sammie alluded to - like they are terrified of my stomach! Often times I need a cracker to push em down all the way. I wouldn't dare try to swallow one without a good helping of liquid. The saw palmetto on the other had is actually quite small unless you bought the whole berry version. The 85% extract pills are less than half the size of a peanut - at least the Up & Up (Target brand) are.
