Dear Australia,
I have been taking the PM capsules, cream & spray for nearly 3 months without any problems. I did start with 1 capsule each morning and night for 1 week then ramped up to my present of 3 capsules morning and evening. I would use the cream also morning and evening with occasional spray in the day.
It took nearly 2 months to get any real positive improvement but I am now in no doubt that growth is there accompanied with soreness and tenderness of the nipple.
My Areola's have grown too by almost 10mm in diameter.
It is appreciated that we all react differently but I am fairly certain you will be safe with your regime.
