After a year on PM that has all changed. No woodies at all without effort, and I only masturbate to be sure I can still "perform" when my dear wife wants me too. That's only once a month or so.
What I can say is my clarity of thought is 100% improved. I am much more productive at work, I don't waste endless amounts of time on porn, and I absolutely do not "cheat" on my soul mate.
