Does anyone have any information about the strength of pueraria mirifica and estradiol? I have been taking 1-2 mg per day of estradiol for over a year, and have been using pm on and off for another year. Basically I am starting year 3 in March. My breasts feel incredible, but the now show through my shirts. Very hard to explain.
In order not to overdo things, I need to know how much pm equals 1 mg of estradiol.
