A particular concern of mine is to minimize the risk of prostate cancer, as both my father and grandfather died of it. I have episodically taken DIMM thinking it might help, but grew concerned that it might be knhibiting the effect of PM. Any advice on that front will be much appreciated.

I'm so sorry to hear about you're father and grandfather, when's the last time you had yourself checked?. As far the two together it would seem like a good fit, to be sure I'd ask your PCP if you can. (I'll do more research and see what else's shakes out)

Dim is also considered an AA. (Estrogen agonist)-an antagonist for estrogen that is used in the treatment of breast cancer, like taking tamoxifen, which is a drug that antagonizes breast cancer cells.

Well, turns out they actually make a product with PM and Dim, said to enhance PM, which to me means the metabolism.
