I read on one of the emails that you don't want to take fenugeek while taking pm, because the fenugeek is not as strong and will weaken the overall effect of pm.
I don't really agree with that theory and would like some information supporting it if possible. I am taking estradiol, pm and fenugeek. I look at it this way.
If you are eating ice cream and put some nestles chocolate on it, then add some hershey's chocolate on top of that, you aren't reducing the flavor of chocolate, but making the taste more intense.
Wouldn't the fenugeek and pm just add to the overall intensity of the estradiol?
I don't want to take too much estradiol but I want more than the pm offers, and I have just been taking the fenugeek for so long it's just part of my routine.
I am open to any information that is out there. I'm just trying to find my way in the dark.
