Well, we are all experimenting here, myself included, so try it if you like.
The reasoning behind not combining the two- fg and pm - has been that both occupy space on E receptors. Since there are a limited (supposedly) number of receptors available, you want the strongest E taking that space. PM is considered much stronger than FG.
But I am experimenting myself now with ignoring that advice.
Understand that PM does not contain Estradiol. I take 4000 mg of PM daily, yet in my recent bloodwork my results showed a weak amount of E, because the test measures Estrodial. PM contains Miroestrol, a different form of E and one which does not show up on normal endo bloodwork.
As a result of consultations with my endo I am now on 4mgs of Estrofem, or a generic substitute, plus the PM. I am trying this for a month. Today, roughly a week into this, my breasts feel like they are exploding.
I also use PC to guard against E dominance.
