It has been a week now of 2000 mg a day. I haven't felt any tingling or itchiness yet. But I look down and they seem fuller and feel fuller in my hand...maybe just wishful thinking...
the only change in measurement is I have lost 1/2 inch under bust so that would translate to a slight difference. Mentally, I think I have been a little less stressed....which is a good thing
