Hello, again, Cami, and welcome. Lots of great information here, and more than you can probably read in a lifetime. The FAQ section is a great resource but please also avail yourself of the notes left in these pages by so many who have gone before. There have been some real superstars and they left us a treasure trove of documented literature to learn from.

Regarding male function, you might want to check out the new thread on that in the FAQ section.
Regrading obtaining PM, I don't know of anywhere either in Canada or Stateside that offers it over the counter, but online is quick, easy and painless.
