Update:
I finally got some PM last Thursday. I'm trying to get a handle on the dose still. I have 500 mg caps. So far, I've tried 1 morning and evening, backed down to 1 in the morning, and 0 today (but still feeling it).
I also take SP. Currently, I have two large bottles of the fruit instead of the extract, though.
I'm taking 2250 mg, each morning and evening.
(Fwiw, for other health related reasons, I take a number of other supplements; the most relevant ones are probably zinc and B6, on the one hand, and EPA/DHA and Citracal Max, on the other hand.)
