OOps, left this part out.
I am still working on the balance thing. I have not quite got the hang of it yet. But, I am not suppressing as much as I used to. I am currently on herbs, SP, Fenugreek and fennel. With a few other things thrown into the mix for support. Like EPO,MSM,Collagen, Gelatin,Fish oil, Cranberry fruit,GABA,B-Complex,Cinnamon, and Flexamin for knees. Some of this is for diabeties support as well. I massage with a fennel fenugreek, vit-e & B5, eucalytptus essential oil,lotion mix.When I can make time that is.
I have noticed more bounce in the chest when riding my motorcycle. Some budding has started. At my age I think it is going to be slow.
