I would stick to what works for you. If you are having sucess with Ainterol PM product. Then that is what I would stay with. If you decide to increase your or decrease your dosages then do it slowly. When it comed to herbs. What works for one may not work for another. Be careful when changing dosages. You want top take just enough to affect change. Too much and you can stall. I would say don't start changing around your program for at least three months. Search for and see if there are any posts on breaking for PM. With most herbs. Sometimes you want to take a little break to allow your body to adjust. Then when you start again. Your receptor sites are more sensitive to more phytoestrogen. I would not mix any estrogenic herbs with PM. Unless you do good seach through the old and new forums. I believe PM is strong enough one its own. Perhaps some one else on the forum with experience in PM can chime in on this question.
Just do research and remember this takes time. You might want to look through the threads in the PM forum to see what folks have been using to support the changes in their bodies. And aid PM. You are building tissues and this takes more of a lot of evrerthing from your body. If you are not taking a multi vitamin. I would start. Mabe some collagen, and MSM, for connective tissue support. Liquid B-complex.
