Effectiveness of PM
#9

(18-03-2014, 12:55 PM)spanky Wrote:  During the budding and pain phase, the effects begin to taper off (meaning the bud swelling and noticeable pain) after 5 - 7 days -- at least that is what has happened with me.

Mine got very sore after 5 weeks, I jumped right in at 2000 to start and Im at 2500-3500 and sometimes 4000... Its been 2 months today, the last three weeks Ive seen my nipples get about 3/8" larger and they are VERY sensitive and sore....

BUT the last two days the swelling and pain has gone down and Im not sure what to doHuh Maybe take a few days off???
