Thanks for your kind words, I have just read Chrishoney's post on SP. This explains a lot for me and I may rethink the future of it in my program.
Your posts are so informative and detailed in equal measure, the problem I have is assimilating it in my limited brain. Lol. I sometimes print them out for a second or third reading in order to acquire the knowledge.
I take my hat off to you.
Hugs

Thanks HH and lol, don't worry I have to go back and re-read things I've posted too!. I think I need to point out a couple things, first I want to go after the T that's available (aka free testosterone) before it gets converted to DHT. Remember, Free T is roughly 2%, and has been reported at 5-7% too. But the 2% is generally what I've seen reported.
Back to the 2%, and this gets complicated (apologies) there's a way to find out how much actual Free T we have but they no longer use this method. It's called Free Androgen Index or FAI, basically
Free Androgen Index or FAI is a ratio used to determine abnormal androgen status in humans. The ratio is the total testosterone level divided by the sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) level, and then multiplying by a constant, usually 100. The concentrations of testosterone and SHBG are normally measured in nanomols per liter. FAI has no units.
I should finish this in the Testosterone 101 thread because I'm getting to far ahead of myself and don't want to hijack the thread.
Bottom line: I'm suggesting to concentrate on the Free T and converting that into E. Spearmint reduces the level of Free T in the blood and leaves DHEA levels (cortisol) unaffected, which is good btw. Higher cortisol means more belly fat.

To be continued......
