Now what is interesting is on the container from Ainterol it says one of the little spoonfuls is 250 MG.... WTF is a "spoonfull" though
Its about 2 grains according to the reloading scale which converts to 129 MG....
I tried a few calculators and they are all the same, heres the math....
1 Grain in Milligram = 64.79891 mg
