    I just received my first order of powdered PM on Tuesday, April 02, 2013.
After years of half-hearted attempts at growing my breasts, I've finally gotten serious about it.
I've had a breast pump for several years. I would use it for a few days and stop for months, then repeat...
I took 1000 mg of Saw Palmetto daily for a couple years, but stopped about 2 months ago. I ran out and just haven't resupplied yet.
During the same period, I took 100 Wild Yam capsules, I don't remember the mg. And 100 capsules of Flax Seed Oil, again, I don't remember the mg.
I have a Spearmint plant that I'll be setting out this week, I hope to be able to use the leaves to brew tea.
I am currently taking my first bottle of BlacK Cohosh Extract, 3 capsules daily. The label says, 4:1 Root Extract 135mg & 2.5% Root Extract 40mg.
Whatever that means?
As I stumble my way along this journey, any advice and information will be greatly appreciated!
