The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol (Fig. 1) on the regulation of hepatic CYP2B9 and CYP1A2 at both transcriptional and enzymatic levels. We hypothesized that because miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol have similar structures compared with estradiol and possess estrogenic-like activities, these 2 compounds should regulate mouse hepatic P450s in a similar manner as estradiol. Furthermore, the antilipid peroxidation activities of these 2 compounds were determined in the mouse brain to provide additional beneficial biologic activities.

This is so important to understand and vital for breast growth, if this were more easily understood we'd be miles ahead in terms of how to utilize this knowledge.

This is the first report suggesting miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol as potential alternative medicines to estradiol because of their distinctive ability to regulate mouse hepatic P450 expression and their beneficial antioxidative activities.

You'll find more info about enzymes in the FAQ, one more thing, certain herbals can affect plasma concentrations, I'd talk more about them but it's still something that's kinda new for NBE. (Which btw I've tried already).

I am looking at a several studies on a mineral effects in decreasing SHBG and the subsequent increase of free Progesterone.

Also have a paper on a naturally induced response to increase HGH.

I will read up on the Nutrition Research Journal post when i get time.

That's awesome, SHBG is so poorly understood, I think explaining why we want reduce it and how it will benefit our BMI is a great idea just for starters. Also, explaining how it binds to sex hormones would be helpful.

Sweetheart you post whatever you'd like, and I'll enjoy reading and commentating on them. The only thing I would recommend (or request) is that any research you find on anything related to hormones is if you can add them into the new Endocrine section, but that's strictly up to you, I won't be offended the least.
