I haven't received the cream yet because I ordered it from ainterol us instead of where I bought my spray from ainterol ny. I have been using it on my right breast which is much smaller than my left. I am also using it on my hips. Since using it my hips feel sore as well as does my right breast. I have also noticed small breast buds emerging which I think woulda came but I think.it sped it up
