I think spearmint would be a good herb to try to take down your testosterone a bit.
As far as stalling, one suggestion would be to vary your daily dosage. (i.e., take 3,500 mg for three days of the week, 2,500 mg for the other four days). You could also try going cold turkey for a week or two and start back up to see if that makes a difference.
In regards to getting an hourglass shape, my only thought is to wear a corset regularly, though that can be bad for your health. If you're more interested in losing weight, I think walking/running would be a good exercise to engage in frequently.
