Alright so I think I have a very good idea on what I want to do; PM, spearmint, and calcium tablets to start off. I do wonder about something though regarding the first two ingredients.
I read that extract absorbs better under the tongue and is absorbed directly into the bloodstream while being less taxing on one's liver. I don't have any liver problems or anything, but why make it work harder (especially since I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs)? My issue now is that I can't find any info on male extract dosages to use in addition to however many times a day compared to the pills. I'm assuming that I'll need to use water to dilute the extract, but how much water? Maybe I'm just stressing out over the little things, but I want to nail down as much as I can so I can plan my regimen.
EDIT: I also forgot to mention that I also plan to add PC to the mix (so that I don't have to worry about estrogen dominance). I also plan to experiment with taking breaks to see if any growth spurts happen and then go with whichever works best.
