My only reasoning for thinking the extract seems less effective is based on the fact I seem to have far less nipple sensitivity and pain behind. For all I know this may not be anything to do with the extract and my body going through a low phase.

heather did you try standard or extreme xtract ?
i have seen little bit of growth . i use xtreme to rub on me boobies and 3 squirts under tongue twice a day .
