Normally, combining PM and BO isn't a starter program, some (including myself) have tried this only after having experience with either one prior to combining. I get the whole wanting to jump start the program, are you familiar with what PM and BO's actions are in regards to NBE?.
There are definite side effects to each (BO, has MORE, IMO). This is long term, 2-5 years, what's your goal for NBE?.
