I noticed that I have had no sex drive at all. I don't get turned on at all. Male or female porn does nothing. I've had no erections either. So I decided to check my testicals. They have really shrunk. They're about the size of almonds. I'm a little worried.

Yes, two and one half years on estrogen is going to affect your testicles. Are you worried about not being able to father a child? If so, it's a valid concern. You might want to consider discontinuing NBE for several months to see if your sperm production recovers. It probably will, but I wouldn't count on it.
