I received my order of pm on the 30th and I've been taking 3000mg a day. I've had intense pain in my breasts, areolas, and nipples. My areolas have gotten slightly larger and I have lots of white bumps in my areolas and nipples. It's been six days and I'm excited about how things are going. I'm not taking anything other than the pm. I hope this is normal and hope to see more in the future. My goal is to be a B or C cup.
