PM alone is all you need to get breast growth started. 3000 mg is kind of high to start right off with, so watch for adverse reactions and back off the dosage if necessary. The breast pain is normal, but your characterizing it as 'intense' may be due to the high dosage you've elected to take. I would have advised you to start at a lower dosage say 1000 mg and ramp up by adding 500 mg on successive weeks.
As Flame posted, be sure to take photos of your starting point. You'll be glad you did. Posting them is optional.
