i'm 28 male about 82-85kg and would love to give PM a go. but don't know where to start. is there a boiler plate "stack"?
for example, take this this and this for 5 weeks and then this for the next 5?
i have looked around the forums but cant find anything other than a lot of different programs, some boobs are impressive
